Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for performing a range of accounting and financial tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in accounting or finance, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, journal entries, and financial reports in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing and posting adjusting journal entries and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, and assist with financial analysis as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
