- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, email campaigns, and outbound cold calls.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Perform effective online demos for prospects
- Upselling products and services.
- Marking activities like ZOHO campaigns and product promotion activities on LinkedIn.
