Description

As Account Specialist, you will play a vital role in the day to day task management of accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that various tasks and requests from the client are completed in a timely manner while also helping to facilitate any potential client blockers. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role at other technology companies, along with relevant education and/or certifications aligned with the position.

Responsibilities

• Have a clear understanding of the accounts overseen from a configuration & access perspective.

• Understand how bug & enhancement requests affect the current client set up.

• Collaborate cross functionally with various internal teams to guarantee alignment on each account.

• Have an understanding of the product and the general enhancements being made across the enterprise.

• Work closely with the Support team members to provide guidance and help create SOPs.

• Document changes and update processes for future reference.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 2-5 years of experience working in similar roles within the technology industry, preferably with cloud-based environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.

• An understanding of SQL and how to write and execute queries.

• Strong organizational skills with experience in tools such as jira, confluence etc.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Flexible and agile with a can-do attitude.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Proven work experience as a Deployment Coordinator or similar role.

• Experience in the project life cycle, from conception to delivery.

• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.

• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.

• Strong teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.

• Strong proficiency with G Suite, familiarity with business productivity applications (Zoom, Slack, CRM), and a high level of comfort in getting up to speed with new technology.
