Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at DS Systems, a leading electrical and electronic manufacturing company based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position with a senior level requirement of 7 to 10 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or Master or equivalent
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role
- Senior level requirement: 7 to 10 years of experience
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Knowledge of the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Ensuring that all accounting processes align with GAAP and current financial legislation.
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
- Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors or lenders.
- Evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts
- Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
