Account Executive

Job Overview:

As an Accounts Executive, you will play a key role in managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the financial health of our company. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a thorough understanding of accounting principles and industry-specific experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Transactions: Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately and promptly. Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable functions. Monitor and ensure timely collection of receivables and payment of payables.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of bank transactions.
• Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports for management review. Provide insights into financial performance and assist in budgeting processes.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits.
• Vendor Management: Communicate with vendors and resolve any financial queries or issues. Negotiate favorable terms with vendors to optimize cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience as an Accounts Executive in the coworking or real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in ZOHO Books and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
