Responsibilities:
Identify the student's career goals, prospects and potential gaps in their background information
Advise/counsel students regarding various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, scholarships in the United Kingdom / Canada / Australia / Singapore and Europe
Advise students on processes and procedures related to academic, personal, professional and financial requirements in order to study Abroad.
Direct Application form filling & documentation Or Partner Portal knowledge
SOP / LOR / Resume basic guidance to student sample formats to be shared
Provide information on desired courses based on the needs & aspirations of students
Provide telephonic counselling to the leads from all sources & invite them to walk into the office for counselling.
Knowledge of Visa process
Assist students with visa requirements
Create and maintain accurate client information the company's CRM system/ Excel
Good communication and influencing skills.
Sales attitude/ Comfortable with follow ups and calling
Experience Requirements:Min. 2 Years Experience is required in the Abroad Education Industry
