We are hiring for a senior professional in Retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Call dropout students and meet them and their parents for counseling.
2. Understand the concerns of the Student/Parent for dropout.
3. Follow up regularly with Student/Parents to retain them.
4. Discuss with Centre Operations Manager / HOD (Head of Department) and provide solution to retain the student.
5. Have House calls fixed to meet parents.
6. Achieve Retention Targets.
7. Prepare Daily Reports on Retention.
