Work Expected From The Candidate
2D AUTOCAD drafting is a must
- Take an understanding of all the brand guidelines and should be able to implement it.
- Survey and Measurements of the site and Plotting of existing surveys.
- Should be able to make preliminary, tender & GFC drawing sets and having good site knowledge
- Should have good material knowledge & better understanding of market rates
- Concept development/planning / zoning layouts
- Quantities and BOQ (if required)
- Complete coordination of the site progress from client/supervisor & makes report.
- Raise alarm for any deviation in the work on site vs drawings submitted & report
- Resolve site related issues for the client & the contractors.
