Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic YouTube Channel Manager with a passion for education and a knack for digital media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation, growth, and success of our YouTube channel, ensuring our content is engaging, educational, and effectively reaches our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the educational needs of IXth-Xth graders and NEET aspirants, focusing on subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts, educators, and video production teams to produce high-quality educational videos that are clear, engaging, and pedagogically sound.
- Optimize video content for maximum visibility and engagement, including keyword research, SEO optimization, and compelling thumbnails and titles.
- Analyze performance metrics to understand viewer behavior and preferences, using insights to inform content creation and optimization strategies.
- Manage the channel's content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely publishing schedule.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, fostering discussions, and incorporating viewer feedback into content planning.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital education, YouTube best practices, and relevant educational curricula to ensure content remains current and competitive.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns that drive channel growth and engagement.
- Manage the channel's budget, including content production costs and promotional expenses.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Education, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing a YouTube channel, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of the IXth-Xth grade curricula and NEET examination syllabus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with educators, video producers, and the student community.
- Proficiency in YouTube analytics and SEO best practices.
