Job Description
AECOM has an immediate need for a Workday Junior Absence Technical Role in Bangalore, India.
Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following:
- Serves as a technical specialist for the Workday Absence and Core HR function.
- As an individual contributor, conceives, plans and conducts consultation in the areas of Absence and Core HR.
- Involves creative, independent solutions that will be adopted by HR corporate-wide.
- May leads complex HR projects domestically.
- Work collaboratively with other technical specialist, with guidance from the Absence Technical Lead
- Configure, perform system QAQC testing and support UAT testing with documented test scripts
- Works under limited supervision and direction.
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
+ 3+ years of Workday experience in Absence and Core HR. Any other module experience (such as Compensation) is a bonus
+ Ability to analyze business requirement and translate into configuration document
+ Experience with Workday configuration and testing
+ Clear oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with Service Now ticket management system
+ Experience working with a globally dispersed team (onshore and offshore)
