Description
Windows Service Engineer maintains and repair IT systems. Their responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, and installing and configuring Applications, hardware, and software.
Responsibilities:
- Desktop and Network OS knowledge -Installation, Configuration & troubleshooting.
- IT Networks – installation and configurations of switches, Wi-fi and switches.
- Should have knowledge of Backup s/w’s.
- Installing & configuring -E-Mailing s/w, Anti-Virus and common layered s/w’s.
- Actively engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, and relay them to the product and development teams for continuous improvement.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
- Engineering Diploma/ Degree holders.
- 2 – 3 years’ work experience.
- IT Hardware knowledge ( Desktop , Laptops, Servers, Printers , Switches ).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technology.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, English preferred.
- Presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
