Responsibilities
• Performing laser shaft alignment and coupling installation• Performing maintenance activities on mechanical systems• Performing major activities like gearbox stage replacement• Analyzing bearing, damper plate, lubrication system, and vibration• Scheduling preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance• Offering technical support and service solutions• Ensuring effective site management and discipline• Operating and maintaining Wind Power Plant• Calibration of torque wrench and error torque wrench repair• Maintaining documentation as per ISO Standards
Requirements
• Experience in commissioning and maintenance of WTG• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, gearboxes, cooling systems, etc.• Experience in performing laser shaft alignment and installation• Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance• Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults• Knowledge of OSHA protocols and safety practices• Experience in site management and project execution• Experience in renewable energy and Wind Power• Ability to analyze and inspect various components• Experience in managing manpower and coordinating tasks
