What role will you play as a member of Colgate's Information Technology team?
We are excited to invite applications for the position of Digital Technical Architect within our Global IT Team. Focused on our Pet Nutrition Division, we have a portfolio of initiatives focused on accelerating our Digital Transformation as a data driven, people focused enterprise. We are looking for a highly motivated architect to join our team. This role will involve implementing platform architecture strategy across our Global Digital landscape to ensure scalable solutions across our Martech, AdTech and eComm Tech
stacks.

Who are you...
You as a Subject Matter Expert:
- As a Digital Technical Architect, you will be responsible for helping shape customer experience and marketing data solutions to align with business needs.
- In this role, you will assist in the design and implementation of customer experience and marketing solutions, encompassing areas such as data management, informed decision making, and downstream orchestration.
- You must have a forward-thinking mindset and will be expected to contribute to both initial design and ongoing enhancements/platform expansion.
- You will collaborate with senior Architects and our central Enterprise Architecture team to apply and maintain architecture standards for our Digital ecosystems.
- This position necessitates a basic understanding of digital ecosystem architectures with a strong desire to learn and develop.
- This role calls for a foundational understanding in areas like: SaaS, APIs, file movement & transformation, authentication solutions, logging & monitoring, ETL-based processes, etc. for web applications enhancing eCommerce channels.
- You'll adhere to the architecture standards of our organization to assist in the development of solutions that satisfy operational necessities such as scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability, and manageability.

What you’ll need (Required):
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in designing or implementing digital experience and data marketing solutions.
- Exposure to or familiarity with one or more public cloud offerings (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform) with a basic understanding of areas such as cloud compute, data storage, pub/sub, and workflow orchestration.
- Some understanding and, preferably, some experience with API solutions and toolsets.
- Basic knowledge of how to work with customer data. A willingness to learn and develop leadership skills - including building positive relationships across teams, accepting feedback, and motivating oneself and others.
- A demonstrated interest in or exposure to development of digital and other front office business transformation initiatives.
- A foundational understanding of advanced analytics, machine learning concepts, and use cases, and a willingness to learn how to apply this technology to customer experience & marketing solutions (predictive modeling, recommendation personalization, channel optimization).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding or willingness to learn about security leading practices and requirements.
What additional will help (Preferred):
- Hands-on experience with one or more marketing data technologies (CRM, CMS, DMP, MDM, CDP, EDW).
- Experience with various Martech/Adtech tools (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Google, Facebook, and similar) and how to integrate technologies into data management solutions.
- Experience with ETL tools and methodologies (Informatica, Talend, Spark, AWS Glue, GCP Cloud Dataprep, Azure Data Factory, and similar).
- Experience developing/implementing Digital Commerce solutions - Shopify, SAP Commerce, VTEX etc.
- Experience of data integration and API methodologies and tools (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Custom API, Airflow, and similar).
- Experience working with 1P data end to end processing considerations (known/unknown, data privacy, masking etc).
- Experience with data management platforms including relational and non-relational data engines (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Amazon Redshift, MongoDB, Hadoop,
- Snowflake, Big Query, and similar).
- Experience working with SAFe framework - PI planning preparation etc.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Domo, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, and similar).
