Job Requirements:
- Experience: 1-5 years of Instructional Design
- Consult with stakeholders to understand the business problem, learner profile and the evaluation methodology to implement in the proposed learning solution.
- Work along with the Client team to understand and take forward the solution approach and design to development and execution phase.
- Contribute to users / client organization through the Learning process and help them plan their learning plan / schedules etc.
- Develop innovative pedagogical and blended and online learning in collaboration with the project team.
- Ability to write effective instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
