Description

• Diploma/BE with 4 to 5 years of experience Collect and analyze data systems, procedural activities and information flows and assess the efficiency and costs of logistics processes.
• Research operational costs, industry and regulatory issues and maintain a current and comprehensive database on which to draw for solutions development.
• Use statistical modeling skills to develop, and cost justify logistics solutions to meet agreed customer needs. Manage inventories and tactical planning, taking into account customer's future needs.
• Manage/coordinate inter-company shipments and troubleshooting.
• An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
• May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex.
• May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
