The WAN Governance Analyst has the sole responsibility of managing WAN links (MPLS / Internet) End to End. Work closely with Network operations, Design Architects & Projects understanding WAN links requirements and ensure the required links are procured & implemented across various sites (Business & Factories). Ensure there is no production impact due to WAN line disconnections. Ensure Network redundancy is planned appropriately.

• Vendor Management , interactions with Local ISP vendors across the globe
• Prepare and Maintain a Global Inventory capturing the link details (Technical details)
• Keep a tab on service renewal terms
• Ensure the CMDB is updated with right level of details there by enabling operations & other teams to achieve their goals hassle-free
• At times of incident, work with Service provider to ensure service is restored as quickly as possible
• Track WAN link incident details to ensure service providers are levied penalty as per the agreed terms & being paid
• End to End Finance tracking with Projects / Operations discretion
• Maintain Global Financial repository of all the links (Financial details, commitment period, service renewal terms & others)
• Ensure necessary Purchase requests & Purchase orders are available supporting the invoicing claims for each vendor
• End to End , Invoice Management
• Ensure, the claimed invoices are validated end to end and approved on tool without any over or under payments
• Timely and correct PO generations for managing the invoices
• Perform Volumetric analysis on  monthly basis and come up with optimized measures for efficient service
• Identify the opportunities for savings and execute the same after confirmation with no service compromise
• Monthly / Quarterly and Yearly summary to be shared with discrete parties
• Establish healthy relation with various stake holders (Vendor and Internal teams)
• Identify and propose new ideas for efficient and optimized services
• Define SLA /KPI measures for Local Vendors , cross implement the same across various vendors
• Expertise in Finance SAP tools

Qualification & Skills

• Professional with 6+ years of experience managing / maintaining Network Inventory & Finance Management in a Global Service Delivery model in the area of multiple supplier integration environment in the areas of application and infrastructure
• Over 5+ years of experience in Infra & Application Support
• Strong hands on Finance SAP Tools
• Experience with Service Now Platform and reporting module to produce standard and custom report is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills with ability to succeed under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in virtual, geographically dispersed, cross cultural environments
• Bachelor of Technology or MCA or degree in Sciences
• ITIL V3 Foundation & intermediate is preferred

• Bachelor of Technology, MCA or degree in sciences
