Job Description

Our learning services team is seeking an imaginative, adaptable, and driven learning experience/content designer. This person will actively engage in the conceptualization, design, development, and implementation of various learning products. The role will focus on creating effective, scalable, and engaging learning experiences focusing but not limited to WalkMe digital adoption platform.
 


Responsibilities will include:


  • Own the implementation of WalkMe's digital adoption platform within the global information systems portfolio.
  • Partner with system/product owners and business analysts to help develop and drive our DAP strategy, leading the design, build and maintenance of our deployments for internal facing applications and developing KPIs and operational metrics/reporting for our deployments.
  • Assess needs and use cases from internal stakeholders, quickly design impactful and creative solutions in WalkMe, measure results using WalkMe Insights, and iterate and improve to drive optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of digital adoption content readiness, communications, and training.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and leadership to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.
  • Design, draft, and produce multimedia content to support guided-path learning utilizing WalkMe.
  • Designing and overseeing development of learning materials from concept to completion.
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and backlog management relating to demand.
  • Manage the collection and distribution of training collateral within WalkMe, and the LMS (Learning Management System).
  • Analyze training materials to maintain continuity of style and manage existing and potential content.
  • Monitor utilization and content effectiveness metrics and their correlations to success and make recommendations based on those metrics.
  • Partner with Learning Operations to stay on top of new features and functionality rolled out by third-party vendors to ensure best in class.
  • Exceptional problem-solving aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges.
  • Provide training administrative support for enterprise training, and global information systems related training programs.
  • Experience developing and writing content for curricula or training materials; or creating and writing content for job aids, user guides, procedural/reference manuals, automated help systems or software documentation; or writing scripts or storyboards for instructional videos.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to maintain the quality of solutions.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Requirements:


  • At least 12 years of related experience with a miniumum of 5 years as a learning experience or interaction designer.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • WalkMe builder experience, with a familiarity of HTML (specifically j-query), CSS, and/or JavaScript to configure digital adoption content.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and can work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Saba LMS preferred.
  • Experience supporting learning technologies and platforms a plus.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, be organized, be proactive, and embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
