Education & Experience:-
- Minimum experience required 0-3 yrs
- Qualifications required: Graduation Degree/MBA
- Should have good experience in IT Recruitment Profile
- Location:- Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Should be Target Oriented
- Passion for Recruitment
- Experience in sourcing candidates from different job portals such as Naukri, Linkedin, Monster etc….
- Experience in Analysing, Sourcing, Screening, & shortlisting the candidates
- Understanding & Analyzing the key skills of the requirement
- Good understanding & analyzing of the Job description
- Should share quality profiles
- Should execute recruiting plans
- Should check the technical skills of the candidate
- Should check the attitude and nature of the candidate
- Experience in conducting internal interview & shortlisting the candidate
- Should continuously follow up with the shortlisted candidates till joining
- Skills in maintaining database tracker
- Should follow up with the client’s for feedback
- Should be strong process oriented
- Ability to work with Team
- Ability to handle work & challenges
- Effective oral & written communication skills
- Ability to align organizational goals
- Flexible in extending the working hours
