    Human Resource
  • Lead and manage the HR function and team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services and programs that align with the company's objectives and culture.

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy and policies that support the company's growth, innovation, and performance.

  • Attract, retain, and develop a diverse and talented workforce that meets the current and future needs of the company.

  • To ensure optimal staffing for the structures through an effective manpower planning and review mechanism including forecast of manpower requirements and fulfilment through an effective mix of internal growth & mobility and external recruitment.

  • Drive and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and engagement across the organization.

  • Monitor payroll process. Prepare and maintain HR Budget. Design and administer the compensation and benefits program that is competitive, fair, and rewarding.

  • Establish and maintain a performance management system that aligns individual and team goals with the company's goals, and provides regular feedback and recognition.

  • Design and implement learning and development programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of the employees and leaders.

  • Ensure compliance with all the state, central, labor and local laws and regulations related to employment, labor, and HR practices.

  • Stay abreast of changes in legislation and proactively address potential legal issues.

  • Establish key HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in HR, and participate in professional networks and associations.

  • Administration
  • Provide planning and leadership to the Administration department by ensuring appropriate structures, systems, competencies, and values are developed.

  • - Manage the entire gamut of Administration, Housekeeping, Facility Management, Vendor Management, Travel Management, Event Management, Guest House and Canteen Management, Visitor Management, Infrastructure Management, Record Management and Retrieval - on premises and off premises
  • Monitor the overall functioning of processes, identify improvement areas, and implement adequate measures to maximize stakeholder satisfaction level.

  • Manage complete infrastructure and tasks, including developing and implementing procedures, controlling systems for maintaining quality standards.

  • Ensure cost cutting
