Role Responsibilities 

Strategy*

Manage Tech Governance and compliance related delivery for SAP and Non-SAP landscape

Business*

Responsible for end-to-end cloud governance and other technology governance process as mandated by Bank’s Tech Governance and compliance framework

Processes

• Ensure adherence to Technology compliance, SDF & security standards & processes maintained by the T&I Governance teams.
• Should be able to master the various cloud governance process and CCH.
• Fully aware and adhere to Bank’s governance Attestation tools and process.
• Ensure to follow right risk and dispensation process which impacts the release management and own the end to end approvals.
• Fully adhere to – and actively contribute to - all agreed governance (e.g. Cloud Risk review forums, CCH, Cloud Governance) and other routines (regular meetings, attendance at other forums).

People & Talent

• Preferable graduated in Computer Science / Information Systems or related IT Area.
• 15+ years of experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development.
• Strong implementation experience in Data, finance domains and aware of SAP technologies like S4, FSDP, FPSL, SAC, BTP.
• Good understanding in overall cloud implementations and governance process..
• Should have handled at least 2-3 major end to end enterprise level technology projects with impacted areas of Cloud and SAP technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
• Quick learner to SCB internal tools and process, understand and collaborate with internal various groups to mitigate risk.
• Good have SAP estate/tools knowledge and other technologies like redwood, control-M, etc.
• Good experience in using confluence, jira and ready to learn and adopt to Azure Devops/ADO.
• Experience in SCBUY process is an added advantage.
• Good experience in using confluence and jira tools. Should be able to create MI reports, visual recipes in confluence and release, backlog reports in jira.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to details.
• Good knowledge of release management process and tools, remedy management, ServiceNow.
• Well-versed with Agile methodology and global delivery model.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Understand risks and put in place appropriate controls and measures in line with Bank Risk Framework.

Governance

• Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role
• Good understanding in overall cloud implementations and governance process

Other Responsibilitie

• Responsible for end to end cloud governance and other technology governance process as mandated by Bank’s Tech Governance and compliance framework.•
• Should assist the infrastructure related on-boarding process and related governance.
• Take responsibility to work with internal risk review teams based on the scope of the contract and ensure a smooth and timely closure.
• Coordinate with various vendor teams to facilitate require compliance and tech related governance evidences and documentations.
• Should be able to guide wider finance teams on their journey to the CCH (Cloud Clearing House) process and work as first level reviewer to clear any issues or gaps in the submission.
• Act as Liaison between project teams and governance teams and ensure the updated governance model details and guidelines are passed to the wider teams.
• Should be managing the CCH for all Aspire program infrastructure related projects.
• Assist the infrastructure team in all sort of governance and compliance related deliverable and ensuring smooth releases.
• Extensive experience in System Delivery Framework controls includes collecting all evidence to get final review and change request approvals, etc.
• Day to day management of governance tasks in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
• Foster strong working and collaborative relationships with the business and technology stakeholders, internal and external stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate to stakeholders about governance status, highlight risks, and propose issue resolution.
• Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality.
• Work with cross function teams to get alignment and processes set up and implementation of any new technology governance and guidelines.
• Should be able to small to medium team and good people management.
