• Improve process and develop capabilities related to crisis readiness. This should be done in accordance with the organization's business strategy.
The leader is required to communicate effectively at the high levels internally and with clients.

• The leader is also expected to actively collaborate with the service line leaders.
• The leader will be responsible for the people management responsibilities for the purpose of managing through times of security incidents and crisis.
• The leader will also be accountable for driving continuous improvement.
• Must be able to management through difficult circumstances and maintain executive presence.
• Manage incident resolution process and provider overall management of resources while working to bring up incidents to closes as quickly as possible.
• Identify and interact with various SMEs from different service lines to develop a comprehensive solution; Work with account management, various practices to deliver NTT capabilities and bring about incident closure.
• Ability to handle delivery of a large-scale IT undertakings comprising of IT Applications Services, Infrastructure, Security, and potentially business operations.
• Materially influences operational decision-making across Delivery Units and Regions; Shapes and reinforces NTT Data’s brand image and reputation.
• Actively conduct client readiness assessments and propose work with sales to propose opportunities to sell and assist in driving business.
• Analyses and forecasts abstract ideas and innovative concepts to determine nature of business and marketplace.
• Provides significant technical and leadership expertise to clients and organization.
• Oversees the development of highly complex, innovative, and cost-effective solutions.
• Provides strategic direction and oversight in developing team capabilities, achieving financial and operational objectives and successfully delivering on business commitments.
