We have a requirement for Visual Merchandising Manager. The Candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appearance of a retail store or other business operation. They plan and execute floor plan arrangements including dcor and design to attract customers and maximize sales, along with any window displays. They may coordinate a consistent look across several locations or departments. They often work in close collaboration with marketing and other departments to align strategic planning, ensuring any high-priority promotions or campaigns are incorporated into the design. They analyze inventory and sales data to guide product placement and promotion decisions.

- Develop and execute visually appealing displays and layouts that align with the brand image.
- Ensure that the visual elements enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Arrange products in an attractive and organized manner to highlight their features and encourage sales.
- Implement strategies to showcase new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal items effectively.
- Create eye-catching window displays to attract passing customers.
- Change window displays regularly to reflect new products and promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for displays.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to replenish and restock merchandise as needed.
- Work closely with store managers, sales associates, and other relevant teams to understand sales trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Visual Merchandising efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Regularly inspect and maintain the visual elements in the store, ensuring that displays are clean and in good condition
