Job Description
We are seeking a talented Senior Solution Designer to join our team and play a key role in designing innovative solutions to meet our clients' business needs. The Senior Solution Designer will lead the development of technical solutions, leveraging their expertise in architecture, design patterns, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of complex solutions to address business requirements and technical challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and define solution architectures.
- Develop technical specifications, diagrams, and documentation to communicate solution designs and ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to support solution development and enhance scalability, performance, and security.
- Conduct design reviews and code reviews to ensure the quality, reliability, and maintainability of solution designs and implementations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into solution designs to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Experience::
- Proven experience as a Solution Designer, Solution Architect, or similar role, with a strong background in software development and architecture.
- Expertise in designing and architecting solutions using various technologies and platforms, including but not limited to cloud computing, microservices, APIs, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in design patterns, architectural styles, and modeling techniques (e.g., UML).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business and technical requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in Agile or other iterative development methodologies is preferred.
- Basic understanding on VisionFLEX system applications (SDK, PuTTY, WINSCP, & ESMAC)
- Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or e-commerce.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Certification in solution architecture or related fields (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solution Architect).
