We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team in a hybrid work model (work from home with occasional in-office presence). You will be responsible for proposal and document drafting, client communication and follow-up, and various administrative tasks.
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates with a BBA, BCA, or a related field to gain valuable experience in a dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with proposal and document creation
- Manage client communication and follow-up
- Provide administrative support (calendars, travel, etc.)
- Maintain a well-organized work style
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Business Administration (BBA), Computer Applications (BCA), or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
