Job Purpose:
Vigilance Associate shall be responsible for managing and maintaining effective communication/liaison with Law Enforcement Authorities and external counsels within defined turnaround time.
Contribute towards building an effective Vigilance department aligned to the expectations of the regulator and the vision of the Bank.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Investigate Whistle Blower and Vigilance assigned cases to complete them within defined timelines.
Work on various projects like Preventive Vigilance, LEA communication , MHA & other automation etc.
Review MIS, Quick Mortality, Reported Frauds & Effective, fluent in Investigation report writing.
Based on the investigations/review, identify risk and potential gaps in the process and ensure timely implementation /closure of recommendations with concerned stakeholders.
Under Governance & Compliance, ensure that Policy, Processes are documented and adhered to.
Handle Law enforcement agencies & notices. ( i.e. Manage and maintain effective communication/liaison with Law Enforcement Authorities/ MHA and external counsels within defined turnaround time.)
To deal effectively with different internal & external stakeholders of the Bank. Maintain, Analyze and Presentation of MIS.
Maintain focus on the workflow management and meet /exceed expectations on delivering within turnaround time.
Timely and accurate presentation of the report(s) to different executive committees.
MIS management & ensure weekly / fortnightly/ monthly/quarterly updates of the tracker & Dashboard to senior management.
Create awareness on the top of the pyramid in organization structure about Vigilance.
Check Industry best practices for process automation for vigilance activities and plan/execute with IT and other stakeholders within defined timelines.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management.
Post-graduation: MBA/PGDM
Experience:
2 to 5 years of total work experience.
