Role

• Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video.
• Multiple camera editing especially seamlessly editing interviews.
• Shortlist visuals and footage to be used in the video and combine it with other scenes to create

a cohesive story

• Evaluate edited footage to make sure it matches the script
• Ensure all editing cuts, splices, changes and additions appear seamless and natural.
• Add motion graphics, typography animation, effects, lower thirds and create engaging

promos, openers in After effects.

• Assist on shoot in studio and at client locations.
• Independently conceptualize original video content for the Dreamfoot's social media

platforms and in collaboration with copywriter.

• Manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines with a positive can-do attitude.
• Identify appropriate stock footage as per script needs.

• An expert in different editing styles that is native to the story type (Ex. Corporate, CSR, TVC,

Vlog, Fiction, Nonfiction)

• Strong Knowledge of camera tracking, layer masking, chroma keying, footage stabilization in

After effects.

• Strong knowledge with all video and audio formats and their conversion, optimizing project

size & archiving

• In-depth knowledge of video codecs, frame rates, using MOGRTs in Premiere Pro
• Self-motivated to learn latest technologies in the field - like 360-degree videos
• Identifying appropriate music for the video as per genre
• Comfortable working with existing assets to adapt them in new ways that stand out on various

channels (ex. social media)

• Able to keep up with tight turnarounds
• Proficiency in English language is a must

Experience and Education
