Job description

Job Purpose - To handle SME & Leasing, Digital, Litigation & Defense under LRM vertical.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Developing robust litigation process
- Providing legal tools for resolutions
- Lay down litigation process meeting the legal environment
- Digitalized litigation process
- Scan legal environment for changes and apprise management about changes and for changes
- Ensure legal cases filled at the regions are concluded to its logical end within the defined TAT.
- To determine the TAT for each activity in consultation with the team and ensure the compliance.
- Reviewing movement of cases, impact of the litigation in terms of resolutions and recovery.
- Duly approving engagement of lawyers as per the recommendations of Managers as per the fee grid fixed by HOD.
- Establish and maintain/empanel advocates/firms for various matters in different states
Key Challenges:

- Ensuring appropriate steps and defences to conclude the cases to logical end.
