In this role you will play a critical role in driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies and tactics. Focusing on activation, engagement, and retention, the Growth Marketer will collaborate with different departments to improve metrics & AUM growth.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to drive partner activation, engagement, retention, upsell, and advocacy.
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns based on customer behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
- Analyse customer behaviour and usage pattern to identify opportunities, develop & maintain segments and implement targeted campaign for activation and cross-selling/up-selling.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize activation and engagement metrics.
- Take-up digital initiatives & special projects to enhance metrics and support sales in activation, retention & AUM growth.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of growth marketing activities, making data-driven decisions to ensure ROI.
- Must own, monitor, and report on activation KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and customer segmentation.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
