Validation Ops Lead

Job Details:Job Description: Oversees day to day operational activities, interfaces between group management, peer ops teams, and various corporate departments (HR, Finance, Legal), and provides counsel to senior management in assisting with people related issues and/or driving business decisionmaking processes while ensuring compliance with financial, legal and corporate policies and overall organizational structural health. Facilitates the planning and coordination of initiatives and processes for multiple business teams with the goal of driving alignment within the organization and delivering on company goals. Supports and/or leads the management of operating mechanism(s) for monitoring the global health of business. Leads health of business reviews with leaders to maintain alignment of programs and technical solutions to the strategic roadmap and within designated budgets. Identifies opportunities to decrease costs and drive productivity by improving operational effectiveness across company sales, contracts, account management, compliance, engineering, finance and operations teams. Contributes to development and implementation of consistently compliant and efficient business operations management policies and practices. Leverages internal and external research to solve problems ranging in complexity, relating to the operation of the business, if required. Works closely with technical departments to design, control, and manage the technical process and operational integrity of technological services, if required. Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
