We are Hiring for Airport Ground staff Agents, Cabin Crew, Air Ticketing (Males and Females ) for a Leading Airline Based out at International Airport Terminal 3 & Terminal 2
Responsibilities Welcome passengers on board and directing them to their seats. Providing Information and safety procedures to the passengers Checking all seat belts and galleys are secure prior to take-off. Making announcements on behalf of the pilot and answering questions during the flight Serving meals and refreshments; Selling duty-free goods and advising passengers of any allowance restrictions in force at their destination; Reassuring passengers and ensuring that they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations. Providing first aid facility Ticketing and maintenance Technical help Interested Candidates
Issuing for Boarding Pass to Passengers
Checking their Valid ID card and Passports
Verifying their PNR Number at the time when they Booked the flight Online
Taking care of the safety and security of the passengers on flights.
Need to Serve Meals on Board to the Customers with a Hospitality Attitude
Person should have unblemished complexion and good body language.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.Job Responsibility when you work at the Airport
Greeting and welcoming passengers, and responding to questions.
Checking in baggage.
Making reservations.
Assisting with airline Gates & Seats
Helping customers with Proper Luggage Tags and Pasting Bar Codes
Assisting disabled passengers and those with small children.Flexibility with changing requirements regarding work hours / days, location and travel
