Entry of Purchase Orders received, Billing of Dispatch Components, Maintaining Sales Order, Purchase Book, Purchase bill entry.
Assisting in operating of the software EasySol, experience in bills/invoices preparation.
Handling day to day administration & operational activities.
Knowledge of proper placement of Inventory management, knowledge of maintaining goods practices process.
Checking the rates of purchase orders, Place supply order to the company & Finalization of Invoices
Coordinate & follow up with the company for the stock
Receiving stock after checking our margins & shelf life on the goods & entering the purchase in the software.
