We're seeking a skilled Senior Unity Developer (SDE III) to design and maintain high-quality applications. What We Need Your Help With:
- Technical Leadership: Lead the development of complex gaming projects, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Advanced Game Development: Utilize advanced Unity features to create high-quality, engaging, and interactive experiences.
- Architecture Design: Design and implement robust game architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize game performance across multiple platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Innovation: Stay at the forefront of game development technologies and trends, incorporating cutting-edge solutions into projects.
Getting Through the Door:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in game development, with a strong focus on Unity.
- Technical Mastery: Expert knowledge of Unity, C#, and game development principles.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects within deadlines.
Preferred Competencies:
- Unity Expertise: Deep understanding of Unity's advanced features, including physics, animation, and networking.
- Programming Skills: Excellent proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming, with a focus on clean and efficient code.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle challenging technical problems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in guiding development teams and making key technical decisions.
- Innovation: A passion for exploring new technologies and approaches to enhance game development.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Cross-Platform Development: Experience in developing games for various platforms, including PC, consoles, and mobile.
- VR/AR Development: Expertise in developing virtual and augmented reality experiences using Unity.
- Multiplayer Networking: Knowledge of networking principles and experience in implementing multiplayer features.
- Graphics Optimization: Skills in optimizing graphics and performance for high-quality visuals and smooth gameplay.
