Minimum Qualification

Responsible for design and optimisation of airframes for UAV.
Perform design and development of UAV airframes from concept design to production, considering factors such as aerodynamics, structural integrity, weight optimisation and manufacturability,
Evaluate and select composite materials to meet the performance requirements while optimising weight and costs,
Creating process sheets and test plans for composite manufacturing and quality processes,
Working with aerodynamics engineer to create load case charts by interpreting v-n diagrams,
Performing structural Finite Element Analysis for design of airframe,
Carrying out vibration calculations and basic aeroelastic analysis for Airframe Design,
Managing weight and CG budgets to ensure stability and weight requirements are met,
Working closely with manufacturing and project management functions for assembly, integration and testing of airframe prototypes,
Staying updated on latest regulatory industry standards and ensuring compliance.
