Reporting to the Global Treasury Operations Manager, the Treasury Supervisor will be responsible for supporting our strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects spanning offshore banking and cash management, insurance/risk management and foreign exchange hedging analytics. This is a unique

opportunity to be part of a high growth organization within the Company, leveraging prior experience and knowledge to grow and expand the organization's contributions and capabilities. The supervisory role will be based in Bangalore, India.

Your Impact

● Manage and lead the Bangalore-based Treasury Department

● Responsible for global operation activities, with a primary focus on EMEA and JAPAC regions

● Manage communications on a regular and timely basis, ensuring that all team members are

completing their work in a timely fashion

● Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities

● Investigate and resolve bank and payment issues in a timely and expeditious manner.

● Responsible for daily bank account and cash balance reporting and analysis to provide visibility to global account balances, authorized signers, users, and bank fees

● Monitor and Manage the EMEA/APAC region cash flow needs and EMEA Cash Pool

● Oversee and deliver month-end, quarter-end and year-end reports and complete related activities

● Manage assigned projects for Risk & Insurance, including creating, analyzing and maintaining data required for the renewal of the Company's insurance policies; Support data collection for annual insurance renewals

● Create an excel spreadsheet to track the administrative components of the global insurance

program, which include insurance binders, invoices and policies for each line of coverage

● Open and manage purchase orders for the organization; ensure invoices are paid timely and per policies

● Manage certificate of insurance program and process, supporting our global internal customers as needed.

● Oversee foreign exchange analytics and reporting to guide hedging decisions

● Proficient in tableau or similar tool to create reports/dashboards weekly, month and quarterly as required showing data analyzed and depicted for a variety of Treasury/Risk programs.

● Hire, retain, and develop top talent team in Bangalore to meet the needs of the business today and the future

● Build solid cross-functional relationships with the local finance and accounting teams; partner and effectively collaborate with key internal stakeholders

Qualifications

Your Experience

● Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or other relevant experience

● 7+ years' Treasury experience at a large corporation

● People management experience required

● Have project management experience or experience managing multiple projects at the same time

● Treasury Management Station experience a plus (Gtreasury, Kyriba, SAP Treasury, etc)

● Strong knowledge of KYC/AML requirements

● Strong communication skills

● Exceptional organization, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skills

● A proactive and assertive approach to managing tasks, responsibilities, and meeting deadlines

● Proficiency in Google Suite applications as well as certain Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

● Knowledge of Asana project management tool (or similar tools) a plus

● Ability to solve problems and think quickly under pressure

● Work effectively as a team player in a collaborative environment as well with peers and members of the greater organization

● Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
