AddressTransition/Project Manager- Insurance Transitions- Pune - 12+ years
Looking for a Post Graduate with 12+ years of Transition experience with major exposure in Insurance transitions and Financial Management.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overseeing operational transitions for one of our divisions and implementing them in accordance to schedule and budget..
2. Update management, personnel, and clients on any prospective transition-related changes.
3. Proactively spot any transition challenges and solve them as quickly as possible to minimize any associated costs or risks
4. Creating transitional plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements
5. Monitoring the progress of transitions to ensure that they are planned and carried out in a timely manner and within budget Keeping all parties involved with the transition updated on its progress
Requirements:
1. Any Post Graduate with 10+ years of total experience with a minimum 3 years of experience in transition management preferably in Insurance
2. Effective communication skills.
3. Project Management.
4. Licenses/Certificates PMI/PMP certification would be an added advantage
