Role description

  • Full operational support on Initial charge and trailer fee setup on the basis of distribution agreement and distribution set up form, Trailer fee calculation and reporting
  • Processing Initial charge and trailer fee payments, Internal reconciliation of matching fund receipts vs payment/reinvestments
  • NAV loading, price runs and reporting for the funds supported by JPM Transfer Agency.
  • Exposure to high daily volumes and large amounts.
  • Ensure timelines and service delivery standards are continually achieved.
  • Risk mitigation and escalation of issues in a timely manner.
  • Comply with policies, procedures and controls at all times for the safety of company and clients.
  • Partnerships with multiple groups within Transfer Agency operations along with other groups within company such as technology and other operation teams as and when required
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and value-added initiatives.
  • Follow JPMorgan's established processes and procedures; Look to modify / iterate processes and procedures to continually improve accuracy, reduce redundancy, and mitigate risk
  • Identify & escalate all error/exceptions on identification.
  • Timely response on all internal and external queries/complaints
  • Good understanding of systems for timely and accurate execution
  • Exhibit effective communication with key stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (business discipline preferred)
  • Recent graduates to 0-3 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably with prior experience in Transfer Agency and Reconciliations
  • Understand Trade life cycle and Transfer Agency operations
  • Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Dedicated to superior client service and able to remain poised under pressure
  • Team player, professional and proactive approach to work, positive attitude
  • Good oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to work with a high level of precision in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
