Training Coordinator

URGENT HIRING

To provide a support service to operation related (Academy candidates Selection, New intake advertisement, Registration, Accommodation, Transportation, Training, .. etc) in order to ensure compliance and consistency with MBR1 & SIRA policies. Collate record, analyze and assist in investigating, alerting and reporting all irregularities that may result in the non-conformity of MBR1 Group & SIRA Policy.

Responsibilities

• Act as Receptioniest for MBR1 Academy.
• Candidates Relation Management
• Accounting Management (Payable & Receivables)
• Purchasing, Supply storage, Stock Management and Vendors Management
• Health and Safety
• Candidates Accommodation, F&B and Transportation
• Training Session Scheduling & operation coordination
• Working with regulatory bodies,
• New Intake Advertising campaigns, Village Road-shows events, Newspapers Ads, … Supporting the Sales team in generating new intakes for the Academy.
• Dealing with Recruitment agencies (Agencies who will bring candidates to the academy). Strong agents’ network within Hyderabad and else States within India
