Eligibility:
- Educational Qualification: Diploma / Graduates (Any Stream) (or) +2 PUC with BPO Experience.
- Experience: Fresher’s
- Good in Communication & logical reasoning.
- Works with a relatively high level of supervision on simple and moderate tasks.
- Should be a team player and collaborate in solving issues.
- Should have typing speed of 25 WPM.
- Willingness to work in night shift.
Job Requirement
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in analyzing claims via online checks & by calling insurance companies to address outstanding payments, facilitating conversion of unpaid claims to reimbursements.
- The target is to achieve a monthly production rate of 100% with a quality standard of 98% as per the company's guidelines.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Strict adherence to information security guidelines and HIPAA compliance, ensuring the secure handling and confidentiality of patient information.
- Should be a team player and collaborate in solving the issues and problems.
- Complying with assigned shift schedules, proactively scheduling leave in advance, and effectively communicating with supervisors to obtain approval.
