Role
As the TM/LINE INCHARGE-BUSINESS EXCELLENCE you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - Business Excellence. The purpose of your role is to support the drive for establishing industry-leading performance benchmarks by accelerating implementation of proven world-class business excellence best practices like 5S, ISO, TQC, TPM, TQM, Policy Deployment, DWM, A3 approach & QFD across locations & verticals by playing.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited To
- To plan, communicate, organize, arrange, coordinate with key stakeholders among the department & functions for successful execution of Business Excellence interventions like top management audits, top management policy diagnoses, sensei review & guidance sessions, mutual learning meets, inter-plant pillar meetings, award audits, industry visits & industry forum meets as per the roadmap for respective initiative .
- To collect, research, resource and analyse data & information from internal & external sources for creation of actionable roadmaps as a part of plant-level annual / mid-term strategy
- To prepare effective knowledge-dissemination mechanisms & content for skill-building frameworks like Zero Loss Champions, Problem Solving Champions etc
- To handhold colleagues for smooth adoption of excellence practices in thrust areas identified by function leadership
- To interface with other functions for standardized implementation of digitization of workflows

- B.Tech in Engg background with 3 to 5
- Diploma in Engg background with 5 to 9 years of relevant experience
- Advanced-level proficiency in M.S. Office suite (MS-Powerpoint, MS-Excel, MS-Word), Basic-level proficiency in MS-Project
- Intermediate-level knowledge & proficiency in Quality Management Systems, TPM (Core Manufacturing Pillars), DWM, Problem solving tools, Kaizen, visual
- Intermediate-level knowledge about TQM , Policy Management
- Intermediate-level knowledge about HMCL manufacturing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
