Graduation UG any | PG any preferably MBA - HR / PGDM HR / MSW.

Languages Known English (written/oral) Preferably Kanada & Hindi

Location : Malur, Karnataka

Notice period : Immediate or 15days

Primary Skill set required:

Data interpretation & Analytical skill is Mandatory

Good Communication skill

Proven experiences in Ms excel, MS word and Power Point.

Requirements:

Candidate should possess good communication skills both written/oral(Multi-lingual)

Team player, strong work ethic, strong management skills, safety-oriented.

Able to develop and enhance relationship with employees and departments.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task required.

Self-motivated, detail oriented and meets deadlines.

Must be able to prioritize objectives and duties on a daily basis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling Time office and Attendance of employees (Internal and External Manual and software)

Preparing / reviewing needed input for Payroll processing through software

Compiling payroll data and ensuring salary disbursement every month

Preparing / reviewing Standard operating procedures / Policies for various processes in HR Management

Prepare & Submitting monthly and daily MIS report to the top management

Delivering Monthly report on Payroll and Attendance and related analytical study like attrition

Managing leaves of employees based on company policy

Associating for working on employees salary increment and arrears.

Supporting in complying on applicable labour laws in the factory
