Ticketing Executive (Fresher)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ticketing Staff with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the travel industry.

Requirements:

• 0 to 1 year of experience as a Ticketing Staff in the travel industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing bookings and payments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and airline policies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
