JOB PURPOSE Why does this role exist in the organization?
To perform different SPA services such as therapies (Western & Indian e.g. Classical Swedish, Aromatherapy, Abhyanga, Back massage etc.), facial, pedicure & manicure etc.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and help maintain the treatment rooms, wet areas and relaxation areas.

Monitor the temperature of therapy rooms & beds.

Ensure maintaining stocks such as therapy oils, lotions & other treatment products.

Checklist to be maintained daily morning and through the day ensure the standard set up of therapy rooms are maintained.

Responsible for set up of therapy rooms (maintain standard aroma, arrange towels as per standard etc.)

Interact with residents and personnel of the community in an efficient and friendly manner.

Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide a range of effective and efficient services.

The Shower amenities such as Shampoo, Shower gel, Conditioner and
moisturizer to be full with Kama Ayurveda Mandarin, Vetiver range
products and containers and the tags to be clean

To assist residents and ensure safety during therapies.

Responsible for providing hygienically clean, safe and comfortable environment with effective amenities in the community and inspecting them regularly.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualification:
Graduate, minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in same field performing multiple therapies.
Years of Experience:
3-5 years in similar position
Functional Skills:
Assist the Head RS in daily operations of the community which includes SPA therapies and other Salon services. Maintain the standards in the Community.
