Roles and Responsibilities :
- To get the knowledge of different fabric types, printing patterns to that the designing becomes more inclusive and brings value addition to the customer
- To prepare the designs in coordination with the BDMs and any other needed employee
- Coordination with the marketing team for any kind of design needs relating to marketing content
- To create all the designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also align with the company's brand and product goals
- Update oneself on the fabric designs, and latest trends and bring product innovation in designs in order to drive sales and add value to the brand
- To make sure no customer complaint is raised as an issue of improper designs and aim for 100% design success ratio
- To keep a record of all the past designs with proper labelling and colour code to make it easy for retrieval for future needs
- To create the designs in the required timeframe, quality, colour accuracy with minimal rework

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
