YOUR ROLE
  • Sales visits with prospective clients and creating value proposition to customers.
  • Driving sales through distributors - Giving product demonstrations & seminars
  • Maintaining proper sales and performance records as per requirements
  • Achieving sales targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Territory Mapping and Tracking relevant Market trends for exploring Sales opportunities.
  • Training of Distributor Sales forces (Sales and technical training).
YOUR SKILLS
  • Minimum 3 years' experience.
  • Experience in Handling Cement & Power customers
  • Value selling approach and distribution management. 
  • Strong technical acumen on Engineering Concepts
  • Willingness to learn and perform.
  • Travel on daily basis
