Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Coordinate and prepare tender documents, ensuring all requirements are met
- Manage the tendering process, including tender submissions and follow-ups
- Research and identify potential tender opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and data for tender submissions
- Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and guidelines
- Conduct market research to understand competitive pricing and strategies
- Monitor and track tender progress and provide regular updates to management
- Maintain a database of tender documents and submissions
- Prepare reports and analysis on tender outcomes
- Participate in meetings and presentations related to tendering activities
Qualifications and Skills :-
