Designation: Executive- Marketing coordinator
Experience: 3+ Yrs

Job Description:

• To handle Govt. Tenders and Preparing documents for the Principal Companies.
• Preparation of Techno- Commercial Offers.
• Meeting the Technical Requirement of Clients.
• Discussion and follow up with clients.
• Promoting the Business of companies from Russia, CIS & Europe. Coordinate with Design and Production Department.
• Visiting & developing new clients for the Principal Companies.
• Monitor cost and quantity of engineered equipment and bulk commodities and their comparison to the budget
• Expertise in cost estimating, planning, and scheduling.
• Products Handling ( Blast Hole Drill Machine , Primary & Secondary Crushers ,Steel Cord Belt, Draglines , Shovels ,Excavators , Equipments used in Coal Beneficiation Plants like Hydro cyclone , Jigs ,Vibrating Screens etc
• Coordinating the business between Principal Companies & Indian Companies.
• Ability to research, plan and prepare technical documents on time.
• Purchasing & Follow up with Vendors.
• Organize / take part in bid initiation & review meeting.
