Key Responsibilities
TELESALES EXECUTIVE will be working in a dynamic sales environment;
You will be responsible for driving, negotiating with Clients / customers on driving sales.
The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to lead, inspire motivate towards delivering high level of results with the ability to pro-actively drive differentiated actions to win in the marketplace by winning customers.
Some of the key areas of responsibility are as follows:
Key Deliverables:
• Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs for the assigned task
• Develop and Implement sales plan for the assigned task
• Effectively manage Clients /customers and their operations
• Responsible to provide quality and on-time information
• Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies
• 0-2 years of Visa Counseling experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop himself/herself the team
• Capacity to understand all sales functional areas
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- Minimum 12th pass.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Exceptional spoken English proficiency.
- Clear articulation and effective communication skills.
- This is work from office role, so should be comfortable to come office every day.
- Must have a laptop and an android phone.
- While prior telesales experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Freshers with a strong command of English are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in using basic computer applications.
- Comfortable with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Proactive and self-driven attitude.
- Ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Capability to collaborate with team members and work towards collective goals.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Adaptability to changing work requirements and willingness to learn.
