Telecaller/ Student Counsellor

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Tele caller to join our Student Counselling team at Galgotias University- Greater Noida. As a Tele caller, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to applicants, offering support, and guiding them program details and with admission process. This position involves excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to address the diverse needs of prospective applicants.Key Responsibilities:ü Place outbound calls to students to assess their eligibility , address their queries and offer counselling services.ü Provide information about University, programs details, fees structure and admission process.ü Actively listen to students' concerns and offer appropriate responses.ü Document and update student records with relevant information from calls.ü Follow up with students to monitor progress and offer ongoing support.Qualifications and Skills:ü Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.ü Empathetic and compassionate approach towards students' concerns.ü Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.ü Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.ü Previous experience in counselling, customer service, or a related field is a plus.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree, Previous experience in counseling or telecalling role is an advantage.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume to manoj.gupta@galgotiasuniversity.edu.in .
