Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Telecaller to join our team at Emerald International School. The Telecaller will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls (80-100 calls per day) to parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to provide information, address queries, and follow up on various matters related to the school
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Make a high volume of outbound calls to parents, guardians, and stakeholders to provide information about the school, its programs, events, and activities.
· Address inquiries and resolve concerns raised by parents and guardians in a professional and courteous manner.
· Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels to convert them into admissions or enrolments.
· Collaborate with other departments, such as admissions, academic, and administrative, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
· Stay updated on school policies, programs, and events to effectively communicate with parents and guardians.
· Provide timely reports and updates to the management team on call activities, outcomes, and trends.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the telecalling industry, preferably in an educational or service-oriented environment. Freshers also considered provided them have excellent communication skills.
· Proficiency in making a high volume of outbound calls and handling customer inquiries effectively.
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Sheets for maintaining call records and generating reports.
· Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a bonus.
· Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Kannada. Knowledge of any other South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, etc.) is a plus.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with parents, guardians, and stakeholders.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
