Noble nonprofit is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our noble cause to potential donors. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential donors to introduce them to our noble cause and convince them to make a donation.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors through regular follow-up calls.
- Identify and qualify potential donors by gathering relevant information and assessing their interest and ability to contribute.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to effectively communicate the importance of our cause and the impact their donation can have.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives as set by management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all donor interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to effectively reach and engage potential donors.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tele sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential donors.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively sell our noble cause and secure donations.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation and discipline in achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of fundraising principles and techniques is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and strategies.
